HUMAN FACTORS IN EDUCATION

Teachers spend the vast majority of their time interacting with others - students, parents, colleagues, administrative personnel, and many others. The degree to which we succeed as teachers is largely dependent upon the quality of these relationships, yet teachers receive little, if any, formal education in how to effectively communicate, problem solve, manage, organize, consult, or lead.

TEI human factors courses are designed to fill the need teachers have for professional development aimed at enhancing the human environment at school. These online in-service courses give teachers the opportunity to learn proven strategies, skills, and methods that address critical human factors in education.
